Genesis CareXpress primarily serves California and neighboring areas. We are committed to getting your medical supplies and equipment to you safely and on time.

We primarily deliver within California and may accommodate deliveries to neighboring states depending on product type and order size. Our main service counties and regions include:

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes from the date your order is processed:

Northern California (SF Bay Area, Sacramento, Central Valley) 2–5 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays with your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. A second notification will be sent when your order is out for delivery or ready for pickup.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at no additional cost. To arrange pickup:

  • Place your order online or by phone
  • Wait for a confirmation that your order is ready β€” do not come in before receiving confirmation
  • Bring your order confirmation email or order number when you arrive
  • Pickup is available during business hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM, Sat 9 AM–1 PM

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard delivery: Cost shown at checkout based on order and location
  • Local pickup: Free
  • Large or bulk facility orders: Custom delivery pricing β€” contact us for a quote

For recurring facility supply orders, we may offer negotiated delivery rates. Please reach out to our team to discuss your needs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. For questions about the status of your order, please contact us directly:

Damaged or Missing Orders

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged items or packaging
  • Do not discard the original packaging β€” it may be needed for a claim

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, at no additional cost to you. Contact us here or call 657-233-8500.

Large Equipment Delivery

For large or heavy items such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, patient lifts, or other Durable Medical Equipment (DME), delivery arrangements may differ from standard orders:

  • Delivery timeframes and costs will be confirmed at the time of purchase
  • Assembly or setup assistance may be available β€” please ask when ordering
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • For bulk facility equipment orders, our team will coordinate a custom delivery schedule
