All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Sales tax will be applied where required by applicable law.

We ship primarily within California. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Genesis CareXpress is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments, though we will assist where possible.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, opened or used medical supplies and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
