How to Get Started
Follow these simple steps to create your account, add your team, and start ordering from Genesis CareXpress
Guide 1 β Creating an Account
For new customers signing up for the first time

Visit the website
Go to genesiscarexpress.com

Click "Sign In"
Find the Sign In button at the top right of the page

Click "Create Account"
Select the Create Account option on the login page

Fill in your details
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address

Check your email for a verification code
Shopify will send a 6-digit code to your email inbox

Enter the code and confirm
Type the 6-digit code on the login page and click Confirm
7
You're in!
Your account is ready β start browsing and ordering
Tip: Do not click "Log Out" after ordering. Stay logged in so you won't need to enter the code again next time.
Guide 2 β Adding Members
For healthcare facilities adding staff to their account

Log in to your account
Sign in using your registered email address

Go to Member Management
Click "Members" in the header or go to Account β Member Management

Click "Add Member"
Press the Add Member button to open the member form

Enter the member's details
Fill in their Email Address, First Name, and Last Name

Click "Add Member" to send the invite
Submit the form β the member will receive an invitation email

Member accepts the invitation
They click the link in their email to join your facility account

All set!
The member is now connected and their orders combine under your account
Note: Each member needs their own email address to be added. Their orders will be combined under your main facility account.
Guide 3 β Sharing Your Cart
For teams ordering together β one person builds the cart, the group reviews or checks out

Add items to your cart
Browse and add the products your order needs

Open your cart
Click the cart icon in the header

Click "Share with Member"
Found next to the Checkout button at the bottom of your cart

Choose how to share
Pick "Share with group" for your whole team, "Share with member" for one person, or "Merge with already shared cart" to combine with a cart shared with you

Don't see any names to pick from?
You need to add team members first β go to Member Management and add them there (see Guide 2), then come back and repeat this step

Confirm
Your group appears in the list β the cart is now shared
Tip: Best for facilities ordering as a team β one person builds the cart, and the group can review, add items, or check out together next time they log in.
